Roth, Germany - The Challenge Roth triathlon course remains the fastest in the world, despite an adjustment in its course rating. The course, which has a rating of 1907, had an adjustment of 1827 this year.

The Challenge Roth is the world's largest long-distance triathlon competition. It was first held in 2002 and has been held annually since then. The race is held over a distance of 226 kilometers (140.4 miles), and consists of a 3.8-kilometer (2.4-mile) swim, a 180-kilometer (112-mile) bike ride, and a 42-kilometer (26.2-mile) run.

The race is known for its challenging course, which includes a number of hills. The bike course is particularly challenging, and features a number of steep climbs. The run course is also challenging, and features a number of long, flat sections.

Despite the challenging course, the Challenge Roth is a popular race. In 2012, over 3,000 athletes from over 60 countries competed in the race.
