Roth, Germany - The Challenge Roth triathlon course remains the fastest in the world, despite an adjustment in its course rating. The course, which has a rating of 1907, had an adjustment of 1827 this year.
The Challenge Roth is the world's largest long-distance triathlon competition. It was first held in 2002 and has been held annually since then. The race is held over a distance of 226 kilometers (140.4 miles), and consists of a 3.8-kilometer (2.4-mile) swim, a 180-kilometer (112-mile) bike ride, and a 42-kilometer (26.2-mile) run.
